Crackling joints

Hiya,
Mhh, that's hard to tell from a distance and I must say that I'm a handbalancer and not a doctor or phisiotherapist
.
My joints do crackle, I don't even notice it anymore.
I think mobility exercises for the shoulders would help you because they strengthen the joint in it's maximum movement range, where it is most vulnerable. Anything that is a continuous gentle movement like my shoulder rolling warm up exercises.
