Oh, that shoulder opener! Haha, thanks. That's easier in between exercises. I'll do both ways (on feet/on hands) alternately. Makes the episode harder, but that's only good preparation!

Hi Natalie, This is a great advice!!! Wow! I'll totally do this! After every exercise I'll stick a shoulder opener by standing (on my hands, belly to wall) in a diagonal against the wall. Hi Sara and Natalie, I read your discussion about tight shoulders. I've the same. When I stand upright with my back against a wall and lift my arms above my head and back, my arms won't touch the wall.
