Re: Episode 2: L-shape and more :-)

Hello Ea, Thank you very much for posting your question. I think it is really great that you are adjusting the program to your own speed, that is really essential as the course is made for a wide range of people. Every persons body is different though. The first Episodes contain a lot of exercises t...

Re: Episode4

Hello Veena,

Please try one more time.

I have changed the maximum upload size to 1MB.

The other option is to send a link to an uploaded youtube video that you can mark as unlisted so that only people who have the link can see it.

Thank you for your patience.

Re: Episode4

Hello Veena, Thank you for asking so many great questions :) Well done also to making it as far as Episode 4! I can tell by your questions too that you are putting a lot of thought and effort into the exercises. 1. I wonder why your head touches the wall here. Are you looking between your fingers? A...

Re: Handstand Hold

Hello Michael, I like the football analogies, they are very interesting thank you. To be very clear: the best exercise to help you balance longer are endurance handstand holds, with the wall or with a spot. It is useful to work on mobility and upper body strength, very important in fact. But nothing...

Re: Episode 1 - Leg Stretching

Hello Oliver, In general I would say stay in one Episode until you can do about 80% of the exercises. Some exercises are more essential than others but you do not have to become perfect at doing all of them. For the 90° handstand try taking the legs a little higher, the point here is to get the hips...

Re: Episode3: Wrists

Hello Veena, Yes, do break the exercises down to less repetitions. Learning how to break down the number of repetitions is in itself important because you learn how to judge the right measure of input for your body. The kick up exercise is a really important one so it is worth spending time to get i...

Re: Episode 1 - Leg Stretching

Hello Oliver, It is not a problem at all if your heels lift. You need to be relatively flexible to keep your heels on the floor and most people's heels will lift in the beginning. Which is also a good thing because you will feel that it stretches both your claves and your achilies. Also, anatomicall...

Re: Handstand Hold

Hello Michael, Thank you first of all for your very nice words about my teaching. I would love to have more subscribers, spread the word :) I general I would say that the best way to increase handstand endurance is by practicing handstand endurance. Your body needs to be exposed to the handstand pos...

Re: Episode3: Wrists

Hello and great that you have moved on to the next part. When you say your leg and the head is touching, do you mean that happens in the kick up exercise? Your head should never be touching the wall :) Yes, when you put your hands down on the floor you should have the wrists above the shoulders and ...
