Yes, amazingly things do become doable. Through this course I’ve re-discovered that if you find a suitable pace and persevere the seemingly impossible eventually becomes possible....just was hoping there was a quicker way. Thanks for replying.

Also your comment, ‘ pushing the palms of your hands into the floor and slightly backwards‘ was very helpful.

Crackling joints

Should I be concerned with crackling noises when I do some movements? There is no pain. It’s just unsettling sometimes.

Hi again, In episode 5 between 17-20 minutes there are 2 types of jumping your feet towards your hands from the plank position. Thank you for replying. I did some of the exercises in the 2nd video before I did episode 5 and it helped me feel what my shoulder blades were doing and where my restrictions are.
