Re: Episode 6 written out

Here's again my written out Episode For me it's easier to practice when I'm familiar with the exercises. I can practice better in my own pace. https://sites.google.com/view/katjascrazymonkey/handstand/natalie-reckert-handstand-practice/episode-6 [url][/https://sites.google.com/view/katjascrazymonkey...

Re: Episode 5

Haha,
yes. Only now I'll continue also when I can't do the strength work entirely. I read your post for me to stress the mobility for the shoulders and torso more. So, when I feel better about that, I'll anyway go on to the next week.
Yours Katja

Re: Episode4

Dear Natalie,
Thank you so much for helping me with my handstand alignment.
I'll do what you tell me: invest more time in mobility than strength with the particular exercises you mention.

Till next time,
yours Katja

Re: Episode4

And that's what it looks in a handstand

I see that I have my head positioned okay (I think) when doing chest to wall and handstand with wall support.
When doing a heel pull (I can manage about 10 sec standing freely), I stick my head out. And I have my elbows slightly bend.

this is it when doing freely. The lack of mobility is holding me back

Re: Episode4

Couldn't place more attachments, coming now: Bridge with support: the chair is too high, I can't bring or my hands or my feet to the ground, the fatboy works better. I can press myself up from here. But it's hard. It's not the lack in strength I think, it's more that I can't bend my arms further bac...

Re: Episode4

Hi Natalie, I've questions about my shoulder opening. It's really poor. My shoulders are anatomically built with a curve to the front, perhaps that makes things even harder. I'm training though.... But still, it would be great to hear your opinion. I show you in the foto's what I mean. 20210524 Shou...

Re: Episode3: Wrists

Thanks It's just the way I can do my practice. I could follow you every time I practice of course, but as I'm at a different level  , it's easier to have it written out and do my own tempo and repetitions. But before continuing to the next episode, I always follow the video together with you to...
