Hi Mike, You one arms look great! I absolutely agree. The free arm and especially the shoulder are active contributors to the balance and need to be engaged/ elevated to the ear. Hi Mike, That's really interesting! I agree that both straight line and v shape really force you to have a really precise torso alignment and strong shoulder position. I like the order of doing the more demanding shapes first. I think that's a great habit to keep. What do you focus on most for keep...

What I find interesting about half Straddle and full positions is that my form isn’t able to “suffer” as much as in full Straddle; I can’t get away with as many mistakes as I can in full Straddle! I also notice that my shoulder position has to be as strong as possible to hold those positions, if not...
