A month ago, on 29th of september to be exact, I started my handstand journey with Episode 1 of this promising, well made, and motivating handstand course. To quote my phisycal therapist:
"As long as it's just noise and no pain, no need to worry."
But of course: you know you're body best! So if something feel odd or just doesn't feel "right", go see a doctor.
